Spice – Al’s Spice

It all started when…

Growing up, running out of Al’s Spice in our home was NOT an option! My grandmother created this blend of spices, in order to add BIG flavor to our family meals, while reducing the amount of salt we were consuming. A well rounded flavor profile with notes of celery seed, marjoram, and garlic. She always made sure we had some on hand!

Apart from adding it in, (and on) EVERYTHING, our favorite dishes to use it in include; soups, meats, sandwiches (egg salad sandwiches, toasted tomato sandwiches) and roasted vegetables.
