Parmesan – Smoked

We took our regular Parmesan and permeated it with natural maple wood smoke, adding an additional level of flavour that makes this cheese even more decadent.

Pairing

This sharp, flavourful cheese pairs well with Chardonnay, Chianti, Barbera and D’Alba, as well as sparkling wines or champagne or a dry Amontillado sherry.
