Their ingredients list includes only the freshest and highest quality products found throughout Manitoba. They use local, celebrated companies for their pierogies such as Bothwell cheese, Fresh Cut Locally Ltd. and Elmans Kosher Foods.

Using fresh Bothwell Cheese combined with Manitoba-grown potatoes cooked with just a hint garlic to create a delicious taste. We add in fresh sautéed onions, nothing dried or powdered to infuse the flavour.
