A favourite among cheese connoisseurs, our Old Cheddar is aged for a minimum of 9 months, giving it a distinctively sharp and recognizable flavour.

Pairing

Our Old Cheddar’s recognizable, aged flavour sits well with many wines, including Zinfandel, Bordeaux and Pinot Gris. Blonde beers or a dry Amontillado Sherry are also a good fit.
