Honey – Cinnamon

John Russell’s own fine clover honey gets a sharp addition of flavour when we infuse it with a full stick of fair trade cinnamon and a touch of pure cinnamon oil. Very nice in coffee, excellent in baking, herbal teas and tisanes.
