Balsamic Vinegar – Cherry
The Amarena cherry is a small, bitter, dark-coloured Italian cherry grown in Bologna and Modena. This cherry is pureed and added to our Traditional 18 Year Balsamic, and the taste result is stunning and tart, featuring a remarkably rich, leathery midpoint, followed by notes of the lovely, sweet and sour Amarena cherry. This is cherry flavour like no other, which cannot be achieved through extracts—a true flavour explosion of the cherry and grape must that is both sweet and sour.
Blood Orange, Garlic, Lemon, Lime, Toasted Sesame
- marinade chicken or pork with Blood Orange, Lime, or Garlic
- brush over kabobs
- try it drizzled lightly over a fruit medley with Angel Food Cake
- combine with Blood Orange and/or Toasted Sesame for salad
